Mark E. Straub is the principle officer of Alpha Communication Technologies Inc. He started the company in 1994 to provide a one source option for business communication services. Specializing in addressing the needs of the small to medium sized businesses in northeast Ohio Mark has effectively recommended services to many customers. Many of them are still with Mark after eighteen plus years.

Mark started in the telecommunication industry even before the advent of equal access and the breakup of the Bell System. He has worked with many telecommunication companies successfully addressing the needs of small businesses as well as fortune 500 companies. From selling single local lines to selling multiple T-1 service, voice and data applications, Virtual Private Networks to data hubs, WANs, and VoIP , Mark has had experience and success in all these areas.

He was also able to take his twenty eight plus years experience and apply application based selling to find new and unique solutions for his customers' needs.

Mark's avocation is in the area of volunteer work for West Side Ecuminecial Ministries, known as WSEM, offering hunger and outreach centers on the near west side of Cleveland. He is President of WSEM Food centers board and is also on the WSEM Board of Directors.
